To Print Form: Place the pointer on the red line below, depress and hold your left mouse key while you scroll to the top of the form at the upper red line.
When all the elements of the order form are highlighted, release the mouse key, go to "File" (upper left on your screen) select Print, then click on "Print Selected"

Warranty: All products are warranted for 30 days against defects in material and workmanship.

Payment may be made by way of PayPal, Cash, Check or Money Order only in U.S. funds.

International Sales: Currently we are not equipped to handle international orders due to the nature of these displays. Although very light in weight they require special export packing as well as documentation. Should you wish to purchase from us and are located outside of North America, please send an email to jim@clearvuedisplays.com In your email tell us what product/s you wish to purchase, quantity, ship to address etc.. We will do our best to work out some sort of shipping arrangements.

Shipments: Most items can be shipped from stock the same week as ordered. However, we may experience delays of about 2 to 3 weeks because of a large purchase of some particular displays. We will always inform you of ship dates by email. Most items are shipped by way of UPS.

Return Goods: If your order is damaged. Do not return it to us without a Returned Goods Authorization or your account will not be credited. You must keep all packing materials in place and notify the carrier. i.e. United Parcel Service or the United States Postal System. They must inspect the package and the goods before they can authorize replacement payment. If it is determined that the package was miss-handled, the carrier will reimburse you, not us. To replace the product you must re-order. We insure all shipments so that damage reported or unreported is up to you for reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding a shipment please email me at jim@clearvuedisplays.com we will be glad to advise you on how to handle breakage or lost merchandise.
